Air Cdre M Tariq Shahab, brings with him a rich and diversified portfolio of aviation industry and management. He commenced his aviation career as a fighter pilot in 1973 which ended on his retirement in 2004. His private sector exposure includes coveted appointments as Executive Director, Shaheen Air Lines and CEO of Royal Airport Services.
Both organizations witnessed massive transformation under his professional guidance. He has now taken over as CEO, Northern Technik (Pvt) Ltd. He is known as a result orientated professional in the Aviation Industry. He firmly believes in proactive approach in strategic planning to ensure business growth. He is Master’s in Defense and strategic studies and holds an MBA degree, specializing in Marketing.

Mr. Safdar Mahmood Ali

He brings with him a wide range of technical and management experience. Mr. Safdar Mahmood senior leadership roles in the aviation sectors span more than three decades. This extensive aviation experience includes Aircraft Maintenance, Quality Assurance/Auditor and coordinating for high-pressure AOG situations. Having 25 years’ hands-on experience in Aircraft maintenance, In Following Aviation Industry Etihad Airways from Jun 2010 to April 2021 Emirates Airlines from Jan 2004 To March 2010 And PIA From Jan 1995 To 2003 Working on Aircraft including Airbus A380 A330-200/300 A330F, BOEING B787 B777-300/300ER/200LR/ and B777F And 11 Years of Certifying Experience As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Avionics on the following Aircraft B777-300/ER/200/LR B777F GE-90 & T800 Engine B787-8/9/10 GEnx And A330-200/300 GE-CF6 A330F In Flight Entertainment System IFE And Enhance Connectivity PANASONIC eX2 on Boeing B777 and Airbus A330 And eX3 On Boeing B787-8/9/10 Having GCAA AND PCAA AME License.

Engr. Muhammad Waseem

Manager Quality Assurance & Safety

Engr. Muhammad Waseem has established himelf as an astute professional, particularly with concern to Aviation Quality Assurance. He is a qualified engineering graduate with a plethora of skills developed within his time in the aviation industry. Owing to his exceptional talents, he was selected to serve as Manager Quality Assurance of Air Falcon, Deputy Director Quality Assurance at PCAA approved MRO. Mr. Waseem has conducted and completed a multitude of aviation courses, specifically in relation to Quality Management, Aircraft Airworthiness Management and Safety Management. He is PCAA form4 approved and has hands-on experience of an Operator’s Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) development, the establishment of a CAMO setup under PART/ANO-M, Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) development/amendment, the establishment of a MRO under PART/ANO-145 and Procedure & Product audits.

Mr. Abdul Aleem

AME

Abdul Aleem started his career with Aero Asia International Airline in 1994 as Aircraft Maintenance Trainee. After completion of training he worked in Line Maintenance department as Aircraft Technician. He then worked with Emirates Airline LHE as Aircraft Technician and got GCAA License. In 2010 he joined Gulf Air Pew as Duty Engineer and worked as Station Incharge and also as certifying Engineer for A320/A330 Aircrafts of Gulf Air and Qatar Airways. Then in 2016 he joined Emirates SKT as Licensed Aircraft Engineer and worked as Station Incharge and Certifying Engineer for EK B777 & QR A330 Aircrafts at Sialkot International Airport till 2022. He holds GCAA Aircraft Maintenance License in B1.1 Category with several type ratings, including B777-200/300ER with Trent 800 & GE-90 Engines and A320 family with CFM56, LEAP1-A, PW1100 & V2500 Engines. He likes continuously updating himself with new technology and safety courses. He has BSC degree in Math’s, Statistics and economics as an academic qualification. He is now employed with NORTEK as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer In-charge to cover several stations with in Pakistan.

AME

Syed Raza Ali Zaidi- A committed & result-focused licensed Aircraft Engineer in avionics having more than 30 years of experience in Aviation, with demonstrated history of working on a range of Airbus & Boeing Aircrafts including B737-300, B747-200/300, B777/200 ER/LR & 300ER, A310 and A318/319/320. Having strong technical background in line and base maintenance and extensive expertise in avionics. Besides profound technical expertise, Mr. Zaidi has also brought with him strong management skills.

AME

Mr. Usman Ayyaz is a young EASA B1 A320 Engineer in Pakistan. He has more then 10 years of Line Maintenance experience with Airblue Ltd, working on Airbus A320 family with V2500/CFM56/CFM Leap-1A and Airbus A340-300. During his tenure with Airblue he gained vast experience in Aircraft maintenance which includes CHK-A and handling AOG situations.

Deputy Manager QA/SMS

Muhammad Hassaan Shafiq is young Electronics Graduate Engineer (Majors in Avionics) from PAF-KIET. with sound field aviation experience. He has a very diversified experience of working in Airline CAMO, Quality Assurance, Safety Management System and Production & Planning Control. His field appointments also include serving in the Karachi University as Visiting Faculty. He also holds the experience of working with different platforms for the development of aviation awareness.

Mr. Syed Muhammad Waqas Hussain

Syed Muhammad Waqas Hussain Started his illustrious career in PIA line maintenance in 2003 after completing his apprenticeship in Aerospace trade. Currently holding EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License issued from KIWA Netherlands and CAA United Kingdom complimenting with multiple type endorsement i.e A320 Family with CFM56 and IAEV2500 Engines and Boeing 777 with GE90 engine. Currently employed by Northern Technik as Aircraft Engineer Incharge in Line Maintenance outstations providing Line Maintenance and CRS to Air Arabia and other operators. His career spans for more than 18 years of Aviation experience with Line and base maintenance, while being employed with world class airlines in the region including Emirates airlines, Etihad Airways, Dnata line maintenance, Oman air and PIA.

PPC Engineer

He is a qualified engineering graduate with a plethora of skills developed within his time in the aviation industry. Meticulous, Focused and Ambitious engineer, dedicated towards aviation industry and continuing airworthiness management of aircraft with extensive experience of Airworthiness planning, production planning and control, check package preparation, implementation and maintenance/task scheduling of aircraft types including the Boeing 747, Boeing 737, Airbus A320 family and Airbus A300-B4. The incumbent possesses diversified experience of Airworthiness and maintenance Planning with respect to Operator. He holds practical experience of re-structuring of an organization, development and implementation of organizational airworthiness procedure as per the rules and regulations.
